Warranty and Changes

Sites are guaranteed to function as described in the proposal signed off on by the customer.  All development remains the property of Phoenix Network Technologies LLC (PNT) until the customer accepts the final product.  Changes to the design will be billed at the hourly rates quoted in the proposal.  All change requests must be completed in writing and signed by both parties before work will start.
